  4. In order for us to support the children in the classroom, we have to 'know' our students. There have been many times where 'gut instinct' kicks in and you just know that something isn't right with a student. Finding a solution can be equally difficult and sometimes there isn't a solution - very hard to accept.

  5. This is a great example of a pupil being a human being who has more to worry about that school; he clearly has a good heart and wanted to do what was right for his mother.
